Master Chef Finalist Sarah Rankin celebrates the riches of Scotland’s seasonal larder in a range of traditional and contemporary recipes all featuring locally sourced produce. Sarah is an active broadcaster, food writer and demonstrator. Kith is her first book and has already been named as ‘one of the cookbooks of the year’ by Scottish Field.
